Xaoz reporting in, with news that the favorites list is now over 200 pages long, something that I want to thank the artists for helping with, as without them, there would be nothing to favorite. The new update starts seven pages back, with "A blissful midnight twist". I would like to apologize for disappearing back in the summer when I announced the contest, but life, and lack of judges got in the way. Sometime this year, there will hopefully be a contest, but until its actually happening, nothing is certain, though first I need to find other people to help judge it. Also a large portion of today's update comes from a returning artist, Amazeroth2002 not sure why he left, but I am glad to see his art back on DA.

I also feel like I am not being as involved as my predecessor seemed to be before life interfered with his operation of the club. I was not really aware of this club before being handed it, as I was handed it due to the fact that before I took over this club I was making a large list of my own, and the fact that I currently am the only one of the three people this club was left to who works on it makes it a bit daunting for me, as at this point the entire club is operated by one person, which despite me still doing it was not what was advertised in the request for help that I signed up on.

I feel that this group has become distanced from the very community that caused its existence and that it depends on, and I am wondering if it is possible to establish/re-establish ties so that with cooperation we can organize events and make a greater community.

Im not really sure where that second and third paragraph came from, but its probably the need to just vent after having run this place for 10 months. My apologies for run on sentences.
